Terms of Service
Last updated 1 September 2026 · Applies to SC Blueprint Bot for Discord
1. Agreement
By adding SC Blueprint Bot to a Discord server, or by using it in a server where someone else has added it, you agree to these terms. The bot is operated by vandestadt.com, registered in Mauritius. If you do not agree, do not use it.
You also remain bound by Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Nothing here overrides them.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country if that is higher.
3. What the bot is
A free tool for Star Citizen players. It reads Fabrication Kiosk screenshots, keeps a shared database of crafting blueprints, and lets a server search that database and see which of its members can craft an item.
Adding the bot makes your uploads visible to other members of that server. Do not upload anything you are not willing to share with them.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the bot for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
- Upload images that are not Fabrication Kiosk screenshots, or deliberately feed it false blueprint data.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, evade its limits, or access its API without authorisation.
- Resell the bot or present it as your own.
5. Accuracy
Blueprint data is extracted automatically by an AI model and is not guaranteed to be correct. Material names, quantities and statistics can all be misread, and the game itself changes between patches. Check anything you are about to spend real materials or real time on. Quality calculations are estimates based on the stored data and inherit any error in it.
6. Availability
The bot is provided free and as is. We do not promise any level of uptime, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including the database and the API — at any time. Maintenance windows are usually announced in the support server and through /blueprint-motd.
7. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by Mauritian law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability. We are not responsible for lost in-game materials, lost time, data loss, server disruption, or decisions made on the basis of information the bot returned.
8. Termination
You can remove the bot from your server at any time. We may restrict or remove access for any user or server that breaks these terms or abuses the service. On request we will delete the personal data described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Star Citizen and Cloud Imperium Games
SC Blueprint Bot is an unofficial fan project. Star Citizen and Squadron 42 are trademarks of Cloud Imperium Rights LLC. Cloud Imperium Games does not endorse, sponsor, support or review this bot, and is not a party to these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Questions go to info@vandestadt.com.
